Monthly Premium Membership: Payments are automatically charged to the card on file on the 1st of each month. Prefer to plan ahead? You can prepay for the full year and enjoy a 5% discount.

Quarterly Preserve Membership: Payments are automatically charged to the card on file on the 1st day of each quarter — January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. You can prepay for the full year and enjoy a $97 discount.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Early cancellations do not release payment obligations, and fees already paid are non-refundable.

Memberships require a 12-month minimum commitment. After the initial 12 months, your membership continues on a flexible month-to-month basis unless you provide 30 days’ written notice to cancel.

Memberships are designed for continuous care and cannot be paused, frozen, or placed on hold.

Discounts and benefits are non-transferrable and cannot be combined with other promotions.

No, unused monthly benefits do not roll over and will be forfeited.
