As the founder of Prejuvenation Aesthetics, Shannon Synoracki, MHS, PA-C is striving to bring a holistic approach to non-surgical facial rejuvenation. She believes prevention is key when it comes to anti-aging. “I want to take away the stigma associated with aesthetic treatments. By being proactive with injectables, medical-grade skin care, and skin treatments, it is possible to slow the aging process and look like the best version of yourself.”
As a leading skin care expert and advanced injector, Shannon has trained alongside some of the nation’s best and most respected educators in aesthetic medicine and has found that this is her passion. After receiving an undergraduate degree in Physician Assistant studies from Pennsylvania College of Technology and a Master of Health Science degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shannon began her career as a Physician Assistant in plastic surgery and dermatology where she further refined her skills in aesthetic medicine. She did advanced training specializing in regenerative dermal fillers, elite injectors, Sculptra, PDO Threads, RHA Fillers and Allergan Juvederm Fillers under a multitude of doctors to gain extensive experience in these cosmetic and aesthetic fields.
Shannon is a leader, and in 2021, she founded her own medical spa – Prejuvenation Aesthetics so that she could oversee a higher level of technical excellence in advanced cosmetic techniques. She has a passion to help others achieve their aesthetic goals by getting a chance to reverse the signs of aging and elevate facial features without resorting to surgical interventions.

In her personal time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and two golden retrievers. She loves to travel, hike, and ski.
Dr. Dahiya is board-certified with the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, and is fellowship-trained in both cosmetics surgery and otolaryngology.
EDUCATION
Dr. Dahiya graduated from Harvard College with honors. His success in medical school at the University of Massachusetts led to his induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
A strong interest in facial anatomy led to a 5-year residency in General Surgery and Otolaryngology at Albany Medical Center Hospital from 1998-2003.
Dr. Dahiya completed a fellowship at the University of Toronto with Dr. Peter Adamson, one of the world’s preeminent facial plastic surgeons.
EXPERIENCE
Dr. Dahiya is board certified with the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, and is fellowship-trained in both cosmetics surgery and otolaryngology.
He continues research in many areas of facial plastic surgery, including lasers, rhinoplasty, and various aspects of the deep plane facelift. Dr. Dahiya has presented his research at various national and international meetings and has published his findings in the facial plastic surgery literature.
Brooke is a Licensed Master Esthetician who graduated from Dermal Science International Aesthetics Academy in 2017, focusing on medical esthetics and laser modalities.
Brooke served as a Medical Assistant in both Dermatology and Plastic Surgery, and she has 7+ years experience working as a Master Esthetician. She currently specializes in laser treatments, microneedling with PRP, chemical peels and facials; and she frequently attends training seminars to keep her knowledge and skills current with changing trends. Brooke is passionate about skin damage prevention and correction, and will be helping our patients create custom treatment plans.

Karen has over 10 years of experience as a medical assistant. She has worked in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery throughout her career. She is passionate about the medical cosmetic field and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of patients through excellence and service. Karen and her husband have two beautiful boys and a Chocolate Labrador.
