This is your opportunity to train under a respected and advanced Physician Assistant Injector, build confidence, and gain hands-on skills in a boutique, high-performing medical aesthetics practice – with the potential to grow into a full-time Aesthetic PA Injector.

Prejuvenation Aesthetics is a boutique medical aesthetics practice in Leesburg, VA, founded by Shannon Synoracki, MHS, PA-C. We specialize in advanced injectables, skin rejuvenation, and regenerative treatments—delivering natural, confidence-boosting results in a warm, personalized setting. Our mission is to guide patients through their aesthetic journey with integrity, education, and results-driven care, and we’re committed to mentoring the next generation of skilled, passionate aesthetic providers.

We are looking for an ambitious PA student, recent graduate, or newly licensed PA with a strong desire to pursue a career in medical aesthetics. You’ll begin as a paid Medical Assistant, working side-by-side with our lead injector in a structured 6-month mentorship program, then grow into a full-time Aesthetic Injector based on performance, patient demand, and clinic growth.

What You’ll Learn

Proactive aging is not a one-dimensional approach. During your mentorship, you’ll receive in-depth training to:

  • Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and regenerative modalities
  • Operate laser and energy-based devices (IPL, hair removal, vascular laser, ablative resurfacing)
  • Conduct in-depth skin consultations and design long-term plans using medical-grade skincare, injectables, and advanced procedures
  • Deliver patient education and confidently present treatment plans, memberships, and product recommendations
  • Cross-sell services based on patient goals and results
  • Communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism in person and for social media
  • Build trust, convert interest into commitment, and retain loyal patients
  • Navigate clinical documentation, safety standards, and Good Faith Exams with confidence

You’ll also complete internal certification in injection anatomy, consult methodology, service standards, and sales psychology—along with learning how to elevate every aspect of the patient experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Licensed or soon-to-be licensed PA-C in Virginia
  • Clinical experience in Dermatology or Plastics is a plus
  • Understanding of aesthetic injections & skin rejuvenating treatments
  • Strong sales and consultation skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable

Daily Responsibilities (During Mentorship Phase)

  • Assist with injectable and skin treatments (room set-up prep, post-care)
  • Chart and document patient treatments in EMR
  • Shadow and support consultations and follow-ups
  • Educate patients about products, services, memberships, and post-treatment care
  • Help with patient communication, scheduling, and clinic flow
  • Participate in content creation and brand-building initiatives

Patient Care Coordinator

Position: Patient Care Coordinator

Position Overview: Prejuvenation Aesthetics is a high-end medical aesthetic practice dedicated to helping patients look and feel their absolute best. We specialize in results-driven treatments in a warm, welcoming environment where clinical expertise meets artistry. Our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their aging process through education, customized care, and the latest in aesthetic innovation.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and confident individual to join our team as a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator. This role is essential to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless, elevated experience for every patient. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be passionate about aesthetics and wellness, and be able to manage a wide range of administrative and patient-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Experience & Communication

  • Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment upon arrival
  • Manage patient check-in/check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in documentation
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist patients in understanding treatment options, memberships, and skincare recommendations
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining discretion and professionalism

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-ups in accordance with provider availability
  • Coordinate multi-treatment visits and membership services
  • Ensure proper consent forms, medical histories, and good faith exams are completed prior to treatment

Administrative + Operational Support

  • Maintain and organize patient charts, records, and notes in EMR system (Envision)
  • Process payments, deposits, memberships, gift cards, and financing applications (Cherry, Alle, Aspire)
  • Track patient communication and follow-ups using Asana and Podium platforms
  • Support daily opening and closing procedures and uphold clinical safety standards
  • Assist with inventory management of retail, backbar, and injectable products
  • Prepare treatment rooms and patients for services.
  • Assist with taking before pictures, preparing patients or treaphotography, and post-treatment documentation
  • Maintain a high level of office cleanliness and organization

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in a medspa, luxury hospitality, sales or customer service role preferred.
  • Understanding of nonsurgical aesthetic treatments including injections, lasers, microneedling, facials and chemical peels.

  • Socially savvy and willing to contribute to social media content
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and promotions with patients, with a strong understanding of how to identify needs and confidently close sale
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • A strong drive and enthusiasm for their work, demonstrating a proactive attitude in assisting patients and supporting the needs of the practice.
  • Understanding of HIPPA regulations and commitment to maintain confidentiality.
