Booking Policies

As a boutique practice with a small, dedicated team, we kindly ask our clients to be mindful of honoring their scheduled appointment times.

To ensure the highest quality of care, we reserve sufficient time for each appointment with your provider. Late cancellations, no-shows, and frequent rescheduling disrupt our ability to provide safe and effective care and inconvenience both our staff and other valued patients.

To minimize these disruptions and maintain a seamless experience for everyone, we have implemented the following policies:

Booking Policy:

All patients are required to leave a valid, unexpired credit card on file in order to book an appointment. Appointments will not be made without an active card on file.

All new patients are required to provide a non-refundable $150 deposit to reserve their appointment, whether it is a consultation or a treatment. This deposit will be charged to the card on file. Patients who have not been seen within the past 2 years will be considered new patients.

Existing patients do not need a deposit for treatment visits; however, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required for consultations and will be charged to the card on file.

Deposits are applied toward any treatment performed during the consultation or toward a future treatment booked the same day. If no treatment is completed and no same-day booking is made, the deposit will be applied to the consultation.

Deposits are valid for 3 months from the payment date; after this time, the deposit will expire.

Cancellation Policy:

New Patients: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointment changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the $150 deposit. A new $150 deposit will be required to reschedule or book future appointments.

Existing Patients: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $150 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you reschedule your appointment within two weeks and complete the service, half of the fee will be credited toward your treatment. Any further appointment modifications will result in a forfeit of the credit.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to a fee.

No-Show Policy:

New patients: In the event of a no show, the $150 deposit is forfeited and a $250 deposit will be required to schedule any future service.

Existing Patients: A $250 fee per appointment missed will be charged to the card on file. A $250 deposit will be required to make any future appointments.

If a no-show or late cancellation occurs for a prepaid service or package appointment and is not resolved with payment, one treatment will be deducted from the package.

Repeated no-shows or same day cancellations may result in forfeiture of any prepaid service or dismissal from the practice. Prejuvenation Aesthetics has the right to dismiss patients and refuse services for any repeated violations.

Prepayments, Returns, and Refunds Policy:

Pricing for products and services is subject to change at any time. Quoted pricing for services is valid for 30 days from the date it is provided. Once a purchase is made, pricing adjustments will not be applied retroactively in the event of a price increase.

All unused prepaid services will be forfeited one year after the date of purchase. Prepaid services are non-transferable between patients or services and are non-refundable.

Unopened and non-expired retail products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an account credit, which can be applied toward another product or future service. Returns are not eligible for refunds.

*Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable. Authorization of charges may not be cancelled after your approval.
