Prejuve Perks points are earned on eligible purchases, including gift cards, but points cannot be redeemed toward the purchase of gift cards. Points may only be redeemed toward eligible services. When purchasing a service for someone else, you may choose to gift the points earned from that purchase to the recipient or keep the points in your own account.

Membership FAQs

How does billing work?

Monthly Premium Membership: Payments are automatically charged to the card on file on the 1st of each month. Prefer to plan ahead? You can pay in full and enjoy a 5% discount.

Platinum & Diamond Banking Memberships: Payments are automatically charged to the card on file on the 1st or 15th day of each month.

Are memberships refundable or transferable?

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Early cancellations do not release payment obligations, and fees already paid are non-refundable.

How long is the membership term?

Memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment. After the initial 6 months, your membership continues on a flexible month-to-month basis unless you provide 30 days’ written notice to cancel.

Can I pause or freeze my membership?

Memberships may be frozen up to 3-months per calendar year and only 3-months consecutively only after the initial 6-month term, during which your Member Agreement will be frozen and no monthly payments will be due. During the duration of a paused Member Agreement, you will not be able to use any of your member benefits.

Can I transfer or combine my benefits with other promotions?

Discounts and benefits are non-transferrable and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Do unused monthly benefits roll over?

Premium Monthly Membership: No, unused monthly benefits do not roll over and will be forfeited.

Platinum & Diamond Banking Memberships: Membership Credits roll over and never expire while membership is active. Upon cancellation, any unused credits remain available for use but will expire 12 months from the final membership date.
